| Description: |
Division/unit copies of OKDHS form F-S-17, or equivalent, invoices, and other forms submitted to OKDHS Office of Finance for payment of financial obligations other than payrolls. The OKDHS Office of Finance/Claims Processing is the agency’s office of record, Schedule 87-05, Series 12-10, Miscellaneous Claims and Invoices.

| Disposition: |
Retain in office until one (1) year after all audits have been completed and all applicable audit reports have been accepted and resolved by all applicable federal and state agencies then destroy provided: (a) no legal actions are pending, and (b) approval to destroy documents has been received from the State Records Administrator. If legal action is pending, destroy two (2) years after exhaustion of all legal remedies provided: (a) records meet all stipulated retention requirements, and (b) approval to destroy records has been received from the State Records Administrator.
