| Description: |
Division/Unit copies of monthly computer printouts showing all positions in the Division/Office which are filled or vacant. Information includes budgeted salary and payroll salary for each position; position ID, authorized FTE; Code and Title; present social security number and incumbent name; date vacated; audit data; and budget grade, salary payroll grades, salary and variance. The OKDHS Office of Finance is the state office of record, Schedule 87-05, Series 13-8.
