| Description: |
Division/Unit/Local Offices copies of leases, correspondence, etc., relative to office space, farm leases, and oil and gas leases with various entities. Office space leases are renewed on an annual basis and farm and oil leases are renewed every three years. The Office Support Services Division/Property Management Unit is the Agency's Office of Record, Schedule 98-02, Series 16-1.

Retain in office until no longer required for administrative purposes, then destroy.
