| Description: |
Division/unit reference copies of memoranda sent to all Department of Human Services offices transmitting new or revised policies, to be included in the Policy Manual, as approved in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act. Information includes date, transmittal number, manual material subject, explanation of changes and those parts of the manual to be removed and replaced or new items to be inserted. Office Support Services Division/Policy Development Unit is the state office of record, Schedule: 87-06, Series 2-11A.

Retain in office until no longer required for administrative purposes, then destroy.
