1-20 Organizational Charts  
Description:

A.  Organizational charts indicating administrative/program structure of a division/office/area/unit/section. These charts expand the subdivisions which are included on the OKDHS state office of record copy for over all administrative structure, GRDS, series 1-44.

B.  Description: Convenience and reference copies of Series 1-28A (Organizational Charts).
Disposition:

A.  Transfer one (1) copy to the Division Administrator's, Office Executive's, Area Director's office for permanent preservation.

B. Retain in office until no longer required for administrative purposes, then destroy.
