1-2A Activity Reports Submitted to Division Administrators, Office Executives, and Area Directors 
Description: Reports submitted by County Offices or Administrative/Programs Units documenting activities to administration. Monthly or quarterly reports include, but are not limited to, key indicator tracking reports, project tracking reports, and progress reports in program areas, personnel activity, staffing, community involvement, etc. Information from this report is incorporated into Activity Reports Submitted to Agency Director, Chief of Staff, and Associate Directors, Series 1-1A.
Volume: 14 cubic feet per year
Disposition:

Retain in office three (3) years, then destroy, provided permission to destroy records has been received from the State Records Administrator.
