35-12 Council on Accreditation of Services for Children, Youth and Families(COA) Accreditation Self-Study of the OKDHS Division of Children and Family Services  
Description: File contains a self-study evaluation of the Child Welfare program conducted every four years by OKDHS staff as part of the COA Accreditation. Includes, but is not limited to, information on the program overall, administrative procedures, personnel policies, affirmative action program, quality assurance methods, fiscal management, facilities and equipment, client rights and protection, intake, assessment and service planning, and protective services for children.
Volume: 1.5 cubic feet per year
Disposition: Retain in office until no longer required for administrative purposes, then transfer to the OKDHS Records Center. Retain in the OKDHS Records Center until records become eight (8) years old, then transfer to the State Archives, with authority to weed, for permanent preservation.
