Family Support Services Computer Printouts

Reference copies of computer printouts of Family Support services including, but not limited to, medical, TANF (Temporary Assistance to Needy Families), day care and LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) programs. The record copy of the data on these printouts is maintained in machine readable format by the Agency's Data Services Division, Schedule 87-05, (Series 29-39A). (Family Support Services Division, Schedule 2001-04, is responsible for determining financial eligibility for various programs, including medical services and food stamps.)
