Library: Records Disposition Schedules OKDHS County Offices Consolidated Records Disposition Schedule 82-37 January 26, 2006 Administrative Records 1-21 Policy Transmittals   Description: Files consist of reference copies of agency transmittal memoranda sent to all Department of Human Services offices regarding new or revised policies, to be included in the Policy Manual (Series 3-4) as approved in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act. Information includes date, transmittal number, handbook material subject, explanation of changes and those parts of the handbook to be removed and replaced or new items to be inserted. (The agency office of record is Office of Management Services/Policy Development Unit,(Schedule 87-06, Series 2-11).
