Application for a license is made on forms provided by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) and in the manner prescribed.  A license to operate a child‑placing agency is granted on the basis that the agency meets minimum requirements for child-placing agencies.  The license is not transferable. The agency may not operate until permission is obtained from OKDHS.
