     All programs operated by or under contract with DDSD adhere to applicable State and Local laws/codes, and the rules, regulations and requirements of State and Federal regulatory agencies to ensure the safety of clients, guests, and employees and to safeguard personal and agency property.
  • (1) All programs develop, publish and review plans to be implemented in the event of a fire, disaster, and/or other emergency.
  • (2) Each Department/facility/provider develops written procedures, publishes plans, and trains staff and clients to address any emergency.
