An evaluation of outcomes realized by recipients of Oklahoma Children’s Services (OCS) is completed on an annual basis by an independent authority.

• (1) Findings are based on standardized assessments of child and family progress.
• (2) Reports detail strengths of services as well as areas of needed improvement.
• (3) Reports include recommendations for service enhancement.
• (4) Findings assess change in service quality over time.
