     Child Welfare operated group homes have plans for the protection of all persons in the home in the event of fire, severe weather, or medical emergencies.  The plans include evacuation of the group home when necessary.  All group home staff are trained to carry out their duties in the event of an emergency.  Emergency plan drills are conducted periodically.
