The family visitation screen contains a chronological history of the visits the child has with family members and is a permanent part of the case record.  Information included is the date of contact, supervision arrangements, persons present, child's and parents' reactions, interactions, and significant events.  Information contained in the family visitation log is essential to evaluating the case circumstances for making case decisions.
