Special funding is available for the purchase of concrete goods and services that are necessary for the family participating in Oklahoma Children's Services (OCS).  Each contractor has special funds budgeted in the contract for utilization only when assistance from other community resources is not available or cannot be accessed in a timely manner to resolve family crisis situations.  • 1
