     Application to provide indirect services.  Any family or person residing in the state may apply to become providers of indirect services.  An application to provide foster family care, to adopt, or both may be secured from each county office.   • 1

INSTRUCTIONS TO STAFF 340:75-1-25

1.  Indirect service case inquiry.  Refer to OAC 340:75-7-12 for procedures on handling foster care inquiries; and to OAC 340:75-15-84 for procedures on handling adoptive inquiries.
