     Federal and state laws and the rules and regulations adopted by the Oklahoma Commission for Human Services restrict the use or disclosure of information concerning applicants or recipients of child care services to purposes directly connected with the administration of the program.   • 1

INSTRUCTIONS TO STAFF 340:40-1-5

  1. See OAC 340:65-1-2 and 340:65-3-4(f)(1) for guidance in determining what information must be safeguarded as well as when and how information can be disclosed.
