     In reviewing and modifying support orders as described in this Part, the Oklahoma Department of Human Services Child Support Enforcement Division follows applicable provisions of:

  • (1) Title 43 and Sections 231 through 240.23 of Title 56 of the Oklahoma Statutes;
  • (2) Section 303.8 of Title 45 of the Code of Federal Regulations; and
  • (3) Section 666 of Title 42, Sections 501 through 596 of Title 50A, and Section 1738B of Title 28 of the United States Code.   • 1

INSTRUCTIONS TO STAFF 340:25-5-198

  1. Procedures that apply to servicemembers.

    • (1) Sections 501 through 596 of Title 50A of the United States Code provide the procedures to apply when reviewing and modifying support orders involving a servicemember.
    • (2) Child support staff follow the Guide to the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), available from the Child Support Enforcement Division InfoNet at http://s99web01/CSED/library/#Gen, for procedure regarding:
      • (A) waivers of rights and protection under the SCRA;
      • (B) appearance in court actions;
      • (C) stays of court; and
      • (D) default orders.
