(a) Mailing address.  The mailing address of the state office of Oklahoma Child Support Services (OCSS) is:  Oklahoma Child Support Services, Capitol Station Box 53552, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73152-3552. 

(b) OCSS telephone information.  Addresses of district child support offices throughout Oklahoma and other information may be requested by telephoning 405-522-2273 in the Oklahoma City calling area, 918-295-3500 in the Tulsa calling area, or toll-free at 1-800-522-2922.  The Teletypewriter (TTY) number for the hearing impaired is 405-522-3792 in the Oklahoma City calling area, or 1-866-264-4767 toll-free.  • 1 

(c) Interpreter services. The Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) provides, at no cost, oral or sign language or foreign language interpretation services. • 2 

(d) Oklahoma Employer Services Center.  The Oklahoma Employer Services Center (OKESC) processes incoming employer questionnaires regarding employment verification and insurance availability, and answers employer questions regarding new hire reporting, income withholding, and medical support.  Employer and insurance plan administrator inquiries regarding child support cases may be made by telephoning 405‑522-5550 in the Oklahoma City calling area, or toll-free at 1-866-553-2368.  OKESC’s fax number is 405-522-5555.  The mailing address for OKESC is: Oklahoma Employer Services Center, P.O. Box 248805, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73124-8805.

(e) Internet access.  Information about OCSS is available from the OCSS Internet page at http://www.okdhs.org.

  • (1) A customer who has an active child support case(s) and OKDHS customer identification number may use the Internet to access information about the customer's case(s).
  • (2) A customer may contact OCSS as described in this Section to request a child support customer personal identification number (PIN) and instructions for accessing case information on the Internet.

1.  Child support staff in the Oklahoma City and Tulsa calling areas include local telephone numbers on brochures, legal pleadings, court orders, and correspondence to encourage customers to use the local numbers in their area.  Child support staff encourage customers in the Oklahoma City calling area to use 405-522-2273, customers in the Tulsa area to use 918-295-3500, and customers outside of the Oklahoma City and Tulsa calling areas to use the toll-free telephone number 1-800-522-2922.  For customers using the Teletypwriter (TTY) numbers, child support staff encourage those living in the Oklahoma City calling area to use 405-522-3792 and all others use 1-866-264‑4767.

2.  Child support staff contact the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) Office of Civil Rights for the current contact for hearing impaired interpretation services under OAC 340:1-11-10.  Information regarding foreign language interpretation services can be found on the InfoNet on the OKDHS Field Operations Home page under "Interpretation Services."
