     The term resources is a general term representing any form of real and personal property which has an available money value.   • 1   All available resources, except those required to be disregarded by federal law or by policy of the Department are considered.   • 2

 

INSTRUCTIONS TO STAFF 340:10-3-1

1.   In determining resource eligibility the social services specialist accepts the individual's statement unless it is questionable or inconsistent with known facts.

2.   See OAC 340:10-3-10.
