       Sections 10-101 through 10-111 of Title 43A of the Oklahoma Statutes, known as "The Protective Services for Vulnerable Adults Act," requires that the Oklahoma Department of Human Services perform certain activities for the protection of vulnerable adults who are alleged to be abused, neglected, exploited, or verbally abused.
