(a) Appeals from an administrative order must be in accordance with Section 240.3 of Title 75 and Sections 318 through 323 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes.  Specifically, only final orders of the Office of Administrative Hearings: Child Support (OAH), may be appealed to the district court.  Orders of OAH are not stayed pending an appeal unless the district court orders.

(b) Notice of the appeal must be filed with OAH and sent to the child support district office that handled the case at the time the order being appealed was issued.
