When noncompliance with terms and conditions of grant agreements, or state and federal laws and regulations is reported, a plan for corrective action must accompany audit report. This plan must ensure corrective measures will be completed within six (6) months. All audit working papers must be kept on file for three (3) years or until all questioned items have been resolved, and be available for inspection by audited organization, each federal and state funding agency and other authorized individuals.
