     Sections 407 and 408 of Title 10 of the Oklahoma Statutes provide an administrative hearing when the Department of Human Services (DHS):

  • (1) denies an application for a license to operate a child care facility;
  • (2) revokes a license to operate a child care facility; and
  • (3) has issued an emergency order to a child care facility.
