Immediately following receipt of the copy of the Appeals Committee decision the local office takes whatever action is indicated in the decision.  • 1 

Appropriate action must be initiated within ten calendar days of receipt of the decision.  • 2

 

INSTRUCTIONS TO STAFF 340:2-5-77

1.   Implementation of an unfavorable or partially unfavorable decision may include review for overpayment.

2.   If the action necessary to implement the administrative hearing officer (AHO) decision takes more than ten days to complete, the reason(s) is documented in the case record.
