     The Department of Human Services is designated as the agency responsible for operating:

    • (1) Aging Services;
    • (2) Children and Family Services;
    • (3) Child Support Enforcement;
    • (4) Developmental Disabilities Services;
    • (5) Family Support Services; and
    • (6) all other programs administered by the Department.
