     The purpose of this Chapter is to provide the rules for the Oklahoma Health Care Authority's (OHCA) Title XIX (Medicaid) program for adults and children. The Authority provides payment for medical services to adults and children, within the scope of the program, on behalf of individuals who meet the eligibility requirements for Title XIX (Medicaid).
