     Personal care is a service provided in a recipient's home.  To receive the service, the recipient must have met the appropriate level of care in accordance with procedures found in OAC 317:35-9.  In geographic areas designated as ADvantage Program phase in areas, personal care services may be provided by agency providers who contract with the Medicaid agency for the provision of services.  The service may be provided by individual personal care providers in geographic areas where there is insufficient agency providers to adequately serve the population.
