To comply with the Cash Management Act of 1990, the Medicaid agency and the Office of State Treasurer offer a service of Electronic Fund Transfer or Direct Deposit of Medicaid provider payments.  These payments are deposited electronically by the State Treasurer to the provider's financial institution.  Provider authorizations are mailed to new providers after initial enrollment in the Medicaid program.  Additional Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization forms may be requested from Provider Relations.
