(a) The Education Assistance Program Committee meets when required to evaluate applications and select recipients.  

(b) The committee is composed of nine representatives with one being selected by the senior administrator from each of the following areas:

  • (1) Administrative Services;
  • (2) Legal Division;
  • (3) Human Services Centers;
  • (4) Data Services Division;
  • (5) Finance Division;
  • (6) Vertically Integrated Services Division;
  • (7) Office of Inspector General;
  • (8) Office for Civil Rights; and
  • (9) Office of Client Advocacy.

(c) The chair is selected by vote of the committee.
