It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure the required application and all supporting documentation are properly completed to the best of his or her knowledge and timely submitted on or before the end of the announced application period. Employees apply annually for successive assistance. Unless decided differently by the Education Assistance Program Committee, there will be one application period each academic year.
(1) The first application period opens June 1 and ends June 30 and covers the fall semester and the successive spring and summer semesters.
(2) If adequate funds are available, there may be a second application period opening October 1 and ending October 30 for the successive spring and summer semesters.
(3) If adequate funds are available, there may be a third application period for the summer semester.
