     Misuse of a purchase card (p/card) in any manner by a cardholder results in:

  • (1) revocation of the privilege to use the p/card;
  • (2) disciplinary action;
  • (3) termination of employment;
  • (4) criminal charges filed with the appropriate authority; or
  • (5) a combination of the actions in (1) through (4).
