Afton Wagner is the new programs manager for Child Protective Services in the Children and Family Services Division.

She began her career with OKDHS in 1998 in Child Welfare and worked for seven years in Permanency Planning, Prevention and Child Protective Services as a worker and supervisor. Since 2005 she has worked as a programs field representative in CFSD in the CPS Section.

Wagner received a bachelor’s degree in family studies and gerontology from Southern Nazarene University in 2001.
