Helen Welch is the new Family Support supervisor in Delaware County. She began her career with Delaware County OKDHS in 1988 as a social work assistant in the Aid to Families with Dependent Children program. Welch has worked the AFDC/TANF program for 21 years. Her caseload includes all companion cases such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, medical and Child Care.

Welch is a graduate of Northeastern State University. She is a lifelong resident of Delaware County and enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews.
