ADA, OKLA -- Staff in the Pontotoc County Human Services Center are busy packing and getting ready to move to their new office location on Sept. 13.

The newly constructed Human Services Center will be located at 2320 Arlington, Ste. B, in Ada. After the move is completed on Sept. 13, the new office will open the morning of Sept. 14 to serve clients, reports County Director Ronnie Magar.

The current Pontotoc County office contains 15,861 square feet of space in the Abbot-Miller Center in Ada, a building formerly owned by the Oklahoma Department of Central Services. The new facility has 27,390 square feet of space and will house both human services and child support staff, said Support Services Division Director Adele Jack.
