OKLAHOMA CAPITOL -- Roland Warren from the National Fatherhood Initiative will share “A Father’s Role in the Continuum of Care for Families” at a free state-wide event on June 24, from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. at Castle Falls Event Center, 820 North MacArthur Blvd., in Oklahoma City.

Warren will teach organizations how fathers help create family stability, link children to their legacy, provide a contrasting parenting style and contribute to a child’s development. The event also will provide networking opportunities with other program providers introduce varied fatherhood curricula and embrace “one significant action item.”

The Faithlinks Fatherhood Forum is sponsored by Public Strategies, Inc.; Office of Faith Based and Community Initiatives (Faithlinks); and Oklahoma Department of Human Services’ Family Support Services Division.
