Caywood Named New Family Support Supervisor for Muskogee County

OKLAHOMA CAPITOL --- Pamela Caywood, a seven-year Oklahoma Department of Human Services veteran, has been named the new Family Support Services Supervisor for the Muskogee County office.

“Area V is proud to have Pam in this position,” said Area V Director Judy Ann Wyatt. “We welcome her talents and skills and wish her much success.”

Caywood began her career with OKDHS as a social work assistant in Muskogee County. She became a comprehensive worker in 2000 when food stamps, medical and child care cases were combined. In 2002, Caywood joined the newly formed Customer Service Unit where eligibility is determined for various programs.

“I am very excited about my new duties. Having been a comprehensive worker coming from the Customer Service Unit, I understand the challenges that both workers and clients face,” said Caywood. “I hope to help build a strong working unit that always keeps the clients' needs as top priority.”

Caywood and her husband, Tony, have been married for six years. They have four children, Brecken, Kalei, Rhyder and Josh, and one grandson, Avery.
