Office Information

To support the achievement of Oklahoma Child Support Services (OCSS) organizational goals and outcomes, we:

 

  • Coordinate the strategic planning process, including implementation of action plans and projects, evaluation of process, outputs and outcomes;
  • Train staff in program/project management and group process, including design, development and delivery of learning opportunities and materials; and
  • Facilitate and coach by providing informal and formal support to individuals and teams.
