Office Information

The Office of Special Investigations is responsible for monitoring and service of civil process, executing arrest warrants and conducting security reviews. The Office of Special Investigations maintains the Most Wanted Missing Parent Program, monitors the in-and-out-of-state service of process contracts, and is the state liaison for Project Save Our Children (PSOC).

Relating to child support enforcement, state agents assigned to the Office of Special Investigations unit will investigate and serve civil process, conduct civil and criminal investigations, execute arrest warrants and transport prisoners. State agents will also review and conduct investigations relating to child support security issues.

The Office of Special Investigations is the law enforcement branch of the Oklahoma Child Support Services (OCSS) and all state agents are State of Oklahoma certified peace officers.
