Services:  A continuum of services beginning with initial contact with parents at child support hearings and continuing  to educate parents in the importance of access and visitation by the non-custodial parent and how parenting plans and agreements for access and visitation can be established. 

Mediation, counseling and education focused on access and visitation issues; case management/follow-up to resolve problems and maintain progress in access and visitation; visitation enforcement including visitation monitoring, supervision of visitation, and neutral drop-off and pickup; legal services that explain the legal process, assist/direct OCSS customers in how they can establish and enforce access and visitation by providing counsel, assistance in completing pro se forms, instructions on how to file actions, information and referral for additional legal services and related financial assistance.
