The Northern Oklahoma Resource Center of Enid (NORCE) is a residential and habilitative facility located in northwest Oklahoma. More than 95 percent of the people who live at NORCE have severe or profound mental retardation as well as other disabilities. 

NORCE's primary mission is to provide services that enhance the development of all the individuals served and to provide opportunities that promote personal growth and independence.
