OKDHS Developmental Disabilities Services Division’s (DDSD) quality assurance system has six major components: 1) case management; 2) site visits by volunteer monitors through the Oklahoma Advocates Involved in Monitoring (OK-AIM) Program; 3) person-centered audits (PCA) conducted by DDSD quality assurance staff; 4) contract performance surveys conducted by DDSD quality assurance staff; 5) administrative inquiries conducted by DDSD quality assurance staff; and 6) personal interviews with consumers by representatives of the Center for Outcome Analysis.
