Office Information
To support the achievement of Child Support Enforcement Division (CSED) organizational goals and outcomes, we:
- Coordinate the strategic planning process, including implementation of action plans and projects, evaluation of process, outputs and outcomes;
- Train staff in program/project management and group process, including design, development and delivery of learning opportunities and materials; and
- Facilitate and coach by providing informal and formal support to individuals and teams
