Center for Administrative Services: Contract Attorney
Office Information
The Contract Attorney Office is responsible for preparing, drafting and revising contract documents. This office is also responsible for the negotiation of agreements with private and government vendors. Further, the contract attorney works with contract monitors to help ensure that terms of agreements are being complied with and met.
