The Home and Community Based Services Unit of the OKDHS Aging Services Division (ASD) operates Medicaid services that help frail elders and adults with disabilities stay at home instead of going to a nursing facility.  The ADvantage Program and State Plan Personal Care Service offer care in the home and community to qualified individuals.
