Brad Yarbrough, 58, has been married to Carolyn for 38 years and resides in Oklahoma City. They have two adult children. Brian, a design consultant, lives in Hollywood, CA. Amy, Administrative Assistant at Pilgrim Land, and her husband Josh Dalton have two young boys and make their home in Oklahoma City.

Education
Yarbrough obtained a Business Administration degree from Southern Nazarene University where he graduated Cum Laude, served as President of his class and received the Outstanding Business Student Award.

Business Accomplishments
He founded Seville Energy Corporation, an oil and gas exploration company, in 1979 which became publicly-held in 1981. He served as CEO and Chairman until its acquisition in 1986.

In 1980, he founded Thornton Drilling Company which was partially owned by Seville until 1986 when Richard Thornton became the sole owner. Yarbrough continued to serve as a consultant to Thornton for many years.

Yarbrough founded Thorough Lube Company in 1988 in association with Phillips 66 in Bartlesville, OK. He sold this entity in 1998.

In 1993, Yarbrough teamed with others to acquire drillable mineral leases in Pittsburg County, OK. This company, Pilgrim Reserve Group, Inc., would later become, after divesting of its oil and gas assets, The Pilgrim Group, Inc.

Yarbrough, as owner of The Pilgrim Group, began management consulting for Phillips 66, Castrol, Citgo, Siemens and other Fortune 500 companies on subjects such as Six Sigma and customer service. For the past several years, he has provided management and leadership training around the globe for a variety of clients including non-profit, faith-based organizations.

In association with the Pilgrim Group, Yarbrough established Pilgrim Land Services, LLC to provide petroleum land and right of way services. It has clients nationwide and a network of over three hundred landmen and agents. Yarbrough has been a guest instructor for the Wind Turbine Technology program at Oklahoma State University. In addition, he also initiated/co-hosted an event with OSU to train right of way agents about wind farm development where he presented Payment Options.

Community Accomplishments

• 1988 - Helped establish Hannah Houses across the U.S. to care for women in crisis
• 1991 - 1992 - Founded the high school boy's basketball program for Oklahoma City homeschoolers
• 1995 - Designated by Mayor Norrick to coordinate clergy at the Family Assistance Center after the Murrah Building bombing to minister to the needs of victim's families; ongoing work with the Oklahoma City National Memorial
• 1999 - Directed tornado relief activities in Oklahoma for Heart to Heart International
• 1999 - Joined Mayor Kirk Humphries to establish the OKC Leadership Foundation
• 2001 - Assisted the Red Cross and Billy Graham Evangelistic Association with recovery efforts in the New York City metro area following the September 11 terrorist attacks
• 2004 - Elected and serving as a board member for Cornerstone Assistance Network/Sharefest in Oklahoma City, a group committed to serving the poor
• 2008 - Joined the board of Global Leadership, a group conducting business symposiums in Ukraine

Faith-Based Initiatives
2000-2006 - Selected by Governor Keating to establish the Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives. Recognized nationally for his leadership during the Clinton and Bush administrations for his work to promote collaborations between faith-based groups and government to help the needy. This was his only departure from the private sector.
