The Audit Unit audits OKDHS programs, processes and contractors (including child care providers), to assure accountability and compliance with state and federal regulations. The unit also gathers information for management decision making.
Additionally, the unit reviews independent audit reports of the OKDHS contractors to track audit findings, evaluate solvency and to determine compliance with federal and contractual requirements and technical standards.
