The Administrative Review Unit (ARU) examines OKDHS SNAP and Medicaid programs for rates of payment error and corrective action information.
As a part of its annual quality control program, the unit samples and processes nearly 2,100 active and 1,300 closed or denied SNAP and Medicaid cases. In addition, the staff works on other error reduction activities and projects.
