The OKDHS Office of Client Advocacy (OCA) Ombudsman Unit provides an independent proactive voice for clients and to timely identify problems affecting the health, safety or welfare of clients such as Hissom class members and Southern Oklahoma Resource Center (SORC), Northern Oklahoma Resource Center of Enid (NORCE) and the Robert M. Greer Center (Greer).
