Unit Information

The OKDHS Office of Client Advocacy (OCA) Investigations Unit strives to timely produce professional quality investigation reports that accurately identify when caretaker maltreatment has or has not occurred. OCA investigates caretaker maltreatment of Hissom Class Members as well as of residents of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services Southern Oklahoma Resource Center (SORC), Northern Oklahoma Resource Center of Enid (NORCE) and the Robert M. Greer Center. OCA also investigates caretaker maltreatment of minors living outside their homes (other than in foster care) and of minors and youth in facilities operated by or contracting with the Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA) (link opens in new window).
